In line with our company’s strategic goals and with the aim of increasing operational efficiency and managing our business processes more effectively, the following organizational changes have been made:
Mete Demirman, as Director of Factories: He will be responsible for managing all production operations at our two manufacturing facilities, developing quality systems, leading process improvement initiatives, and optimizing production costs. In this role, he will work directly with Thierry Policand and lead the transition of our production processes to international standards.
Fatih Tanrıkoluoğlu, as Director of Marketing and Business Development: He will be responsible for planning and implementing our company’s marketing and sales strategies, developing new markets, and managing R&D activities. Mr. Fatih will devote a significant portion of his time to these areas and will also work closely with François Bardout to contribute to our company’s innovation and growth objectives.
We believe this new distribution of responsibilities will make a significant contribution to the sustainable success of our company, and we wish all our team members continued success in their roles.
